You will need to import contacts in order to target them using SalesAi Voice.
Follow these steps to Import Contacts into GHL
- Click on Contacts on the left-hand side of GHL
- Click on the Import symbol to Import Contacts
- Upload your list of contacts as a CSV file. You can drag-and-drop or click Upload a file.
Then click the Next button
Please make sure to have a first name, last name, and phone number in your CSV if you can. It will help to organize your contacts.
- Next, you will need to map the Contact fields with the correct columns in the CSV file.
If you have unmatched fields, make sure to check the Don't import data in unmatched columns box.
Once you are done, click the Next button
- Set the Import name, then click Advanced
- Scroll down and make sure to type in a tag name, click the + "tag name" that appears underneath.
This is critical for how we will use the Smart List!
- Click Submit to upload the list!
