How to View Your Call Logs

Follow this guide to find and review the Call Logs from your Voice Agents.

  • Click on AI Voice on the left-hand menu
  • Click Call Logs
  • Find the call you'd like to review. You can search for specific prospects, or filter by assignee, outcome, or time frame.
  • Click on the Call recording you want to review.
  • You will now see all the details from the call. You may click the Play button to hear the call recording.
  • Click on Basic Call Details to review basic details like outcome, duration, etc.
  • Click on Prospect Customer Interaction to see the prospect's qualification status. You may also see the Appointment Details if the prospect booked a meeting.
  • The Call Metrics tab has the link to call and additional details.

Call information can also be found in the inbox and contact details within Prospects.
