Follow this guide to learn how to add a Knowledge Base link or document into Ai Learning.
- Click on Ai Learning on the left-hand side of your SalesAi Account.
- Ensure you are in the Company Details tab at the top of the Ai Learning page.
- Scroll to the very bottom of the page where it states Link to Knowledge Base
- Paste in the link from your company knowledge base webpage.
- Scroll back to the top and hit Save
SalesAi Voice Agents are not currently able to pull information from additional links. If your knowledge base has hyperlinks that take you off the main Knowledge Base webpage, we suggest condensing all the important information into one document, such as a Google Doc or Dropbox File, then pasting the sharing link from Google Drive or Dropbox.
If you do not have a knowledge base webpage, you can use the link to a PDF saved in a Google Drive, Dropbox, or GitHub.
