Follow this guide to send a message through the Inbox in SalesAi
- Click on the Inbox tab on the left-hand menu
- Click Send Message at the top-right
- Select your Prospect by searching or selecting from the drop-down
- Click Select at the bottom
- Make sure SMS is selected
- From here, you can Type a message or use the AI-Generated Message by clicking the Generate Message button if you need assistance!
- Click the Send SMS button
