Follow this guide to access your Call recordings or view your call transcripts.
- Scroll down to Call Management and click on Call Logs & Recordings
- You can filter by those who answered by selecting Answered in the Outcome
- Click on Listen to hear the Call Recording
- Click on Read to see the Call Transcript
