How to Create a Voice Agent in SalesAi

Follow this guide to create your own Voice Agent that can start calling or receiving calls.


You will need to Connect your Twilio Account to SalesAi before creating a Voice Agent:

  • Click on the AI Voice tab at the bottom of the left-hand menu
  • Click on Agents

  • Click Create Agent at the top-right
  • Select your Agent Type and then click Next
    • Inbound will always be active to receive incoming calls
    • Outbound will only be able to call out through sequence actions
  • Select the Voice and Number for your AI agent.

  • You can listen to a sample of the voice and adjust the Interrupt Sensitivity and AI Creativity below. Click Next
  • Select your Call Flow (Prompt Based).
  • Enter in your Hook Statement
     
  • If you are Booking a Meeting, you will need to select the Booking Mode
     
  • You will also need to select the who the contact is booking with if selecting 1:1
  • You may include a knowledge base right in the Agent for it to pull information from. This can be a link or a file upload.
  • If you want the Agent to perform a Live Transfer you may adjust the settings here.
  • For Integrations, you can have your Agent send post-call information to your CRM. This would need to be sent to a CatchHook. Zapier has webhook functionality so make sure your application can integrate with it.
  • Click Next
  • Review the Settings for your Agent and click the green Create Agent button at the bottom.

You can only use Outbound Agents within Sequences. You cannot manually call prospects from the Inbox at this time.
