Follow this Guide to create a Trigger to initiate your Campaigns!
You will need to create a Sequence or Deal Flow before you create a Trigger. Here are links to those articles!
Triggers are necessary to initiate your Sequences and start contacting prospects.
- Click on the Triggers tab on the left-hand menu
- Click on Create Trigger
- Create a Name for your Trigger and Select your Object Type
- Lead Triggers: Based on New Contacts, Meeting State Changes, or Prospect Engaging Activities
Please Note: Facebook, Google, or HubSpot must be Integrated to use them as Lead Triggers. - Deal Triggers: Based on a deal stage or assignee change in the Deal Flow
- Lead Triggers: Based on New Contacts, Meeting State Changes, or Prospect Engaging Activities
- Click on Next
- Select your Event
- There will be several event types to choose from and additional options within each type.
- Once your Event is selected, click Next at the bottom.
- In the Action page, select the Sequence you want to Trigger or pick a different Action.
- Click Next
- Review the Trigger created in the Overview step and click Create Trigger when you are done!
Additional Tips & Notes on Triggers
- Trigger Status can be enabled/disabled on the Triggers Page.
- When using the Meeting State Change trigger, you will need to manually mark the Meeting Outcomes for your Prospects in SalesAi.
