How to Create a Lead Flow in SalesAi

Follow this guide to create a Lead Flow that will help your AI agents qualify prospects

  • Click on the Lead Flow tab on the left-hand menu
  • Click Lead Flow Setup

  • You will see several categories under Basic Info

    Name, Phone Number, and Email are all required to be filled out within the Lead Flow. Company, Job Title, and Address are optional. To turn on, toggle the button to the right. To leave off, leave the button toggled to the left

  • You will also see some Lead Qualifications. Some examples of this would be:
    • Budget
    • Industry
    • Team Size
    • Job Title
  • You can click on each of these qualifications and hit the checkboxes to select the exact qualifications you want.
  • Determine if each qualification is a "Nice to Have" or "Must Have" and adjust the toggle as needed.

Ad Budget and Budget refer to the annual budget the prospect has allocated to a product or service.

  • Click on Qualification Percentage and set a minimum amount of requirements 
  • You may then Save this Lead Flow and use it as a Call Flow for your Agents!

If you mark a qualifier as a "Must Have," the agent will not follow through with the Call to Action if a prospect does not fully meet that requirement.
