      How to Change a User's Role

      Follow this guide to upgrade or downgrade a User's role on your Sales Ai Account

      • Click on your Profile at the top-right. Then click on Settings

      • Click on Team Settings

      • Scroll down to the Users Section. You will see the Role column for all your users.
      • Find the right teammate and click the current role. Select the new Role.
