Follow this guide to assign a number to your Outbound or Inbound Agent.

Please note that a single number can be used for one inbound agent and one outbound agent at the same time. However, a single number cannot be used for multiple inbound or outbound agents.
For Outbound Agents
- Click on Agents
- Click on the Triple Dots of the Agent, Click Edit.
- Click on the From Phone Number and select a phone number.
- Make sure to Save your Agent.
For Inbound Agents
- Click on Agents
- Find the Agent and click on the Assign Agent To Phone Number button
- Click the Assign button next to the number you want to select. You can click the Overwrite button to take a number from a different Agent. This will remove the number from that Agent and add it to this one.
