Follow this guide to set Business Hours for your Sequences.
Business Hours can be critical to ensuring Agent actions only take place during specific time frames.
- Click the Sequences tab on the left-hand menu
- Click Create Sequence at the top right.
- You could also Edit your sequence for this if it is still a draft. You can do this by clicking the Triple Dots.
- You could also Edit your sequence for this if it is still a draft. You can do this by clicking the Triple Dots.
- Click the toggle to Enable Business Hours
- You may now select the days and time frames the sequence would be active.
In the example below, I have set it to be active from Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time:
- You can click Next to add steps, or to activate the Sequence if you were editing it!
