Contacting your Account Manager
The best way to reach out to your account manager is through email. You should have some old emails where your account manager introduces themselves. You can create a new email thread and send an email to them with your concern or question. You will not be able to give them a phone call; however, you may be able to schedule a Zoom call if it is deemed to be necessary to assist.
